Challenge: Kilbush Nurseries did not have an established brand and as such were very dependant on large multiples for business. Kilbush approached us to help them establish a distinctive and memorable brand.
Process: We worked with Kilbush over a series of workshops to develop a brand proposition that was unique and ownable to them.
Solution: Our solution was to use photos of the founders as young children, replacing their heads with tomatoes to create a unique and ownable brand. Since its launch, the brand has gone from strength to strength and is now stocked in Aldi under the Kilbush brand.
